Squatters Rights

Squatting usually refers to a person, not being the owner of the property, taking occupation of a house. People squat for a variety of reasons which include: needing a home, to protest, because of poverty and recreation. The squatter can be referred to as a an occupier or trespasser.

If the squatter abandons the property for a period, or if the rightful owner effectively removes the squatter's access even temporarily during the statutory period, or gives his permission, the "clock" usually stops. For example, if the required period in a given jurisdiction is twenty years and the squatter is removed after only 15 years, the squatter loses the benefit of that 15-year possession (i.e., the clock is reset at zero). If that squatter later retakes possession of the property, that squatter must, to acquire title, remain on the property for a full 20 years after the date on which the squatter retook possession. In this example, the squatter would have held the property for a total of 35 years (the original 15 years plus the later 20 years) to acquire title.

rounders rules

Rounders is played between two teams and the aim of the game is to score the most Rounders.

The very basic rules are:
Teams can be a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 15 players. 9 players are on the field for each team at any one time.

One team bats while the other team fields and bowls.

The bowler bowls the ball to the batter who hits the ball anywhere on the Rounders pitch. The batter then runs to as many posts as possible before the fielders return the ball to touch the post the batter is heading for.

If the batter reaches the 2nd or 3rd post in one hit, the batting team scores ½ Rounder. If the batter reaches 4th post in one hit, the batting team scores a Rounder.

A batter can be out if the fielding team catch the ball hit by the batter before it touches the ground or by touching the post the batter is heading to with the ball before the batter reaches it.

                                                                     100 word challenge

Amazingly, I interestingly experienced an exceptional film called “Harry Potter and the philosophers stone” which had lots of different things happening.

At the very start of this unbelievable film, Harry Potter was stuck with his horrible uncle and aunty until he surprisingly discovered; he was a wizard. After all these unfortunate years of having a miserable life, he had the most joyous time of his life at Hogwarts school. Harry Potter learnt: magical spells, how to play quidich and made friends which aren’t muggles.

This was probably the greatest I’ve ever seen so you should watch it for excellent entertainment

Guinea pig are easy enough to look after; they can not climb swim or dig however theses animals are very fast.

Theses animals do not cost much, the highest is around £30. you can get them from a variety of places.

There are a few rules to having theses audacious animals, such as they can’t have much fruit and veg and they can’t be on there own or they will get lonely and they can’t be in a three, or to go off and leave the other one.

Everyone is getting these pets so join in the fun and get one your self .

Ice cream

Ice cream, Ice cream
Is mouth-wateringly yummy
It rumbles around in my tummy
It is as cold as a fridge
But don’t keep it on the window ledge
Then it will melt into a sticky mess
which will slobber all over your dress
There are a dozen flavours of joy
I’d rather have a ice cream than a toy
When I take a bite shivers flurry down my spine
I no that ice cream is defiantly mine
Ice cream is amazing better than the rest
Because ice cream is better than the best.

You should watch the Asdf movies because they’re hilarious.

Now for three reasons why you should watch them; because they have no swearing in them so they can be watched by all ages.

Secondly, they are cartoons which children love. Also it can give your child a catch phrase last but no least they have a black and white so it is a mix of  old and new.

So in conciliation I strongly think that you should watch asdf movies; everyone is watching this why aren’t you ?

The note was obviously from someone inside the castle as it was in the room. If not then it could have blown thought the small window; it defiantly ment that the little girl had to escape maybe she’d die if she didn’t get out.

The little girl couldn’t think of any thing she had to get out before something terrible happened to her.

There was no way out, but; she has to get out unless the little girl doesn’t want to survive.

The little girl has to get out of that hell hall.

Was the note from friend or foe?

Why music is important to us all.

Music is very important to everybody’s life; from singers to normal day-dreamers. Music has a place in everyone’s heart and soul.

Amazingly, music stimulates parts of the brain, we don’t know how but it just does. It’s ridiculously true! It’s a scientific proven fact!

Extraordinarily, everyone does have a favourite artist (music wise) form the pop sensation One Direction, from the classical Mozart.
We all have a love in music, guilty pleasures (all time favourites) and hates, but we have to admit, music has a place in our souls.

All the music geniuses inspire us to believe then soon achieve.

Everyone’s seen this film, why haven’t you?

In a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem – a Capitol surrounded by twelve districts. The Capitol is harsh, forcing them to send one boy and girl to compete in the annual Hunger Games.

If you have not seen the films you’re missing out on lot. This addicting film is enjoyable for all ages.

“I was obsessed with this film… The Hunger Games is amazing!” quotes Stephenie Meyer, the author of Twilight. The director of The Hunger Games, Gary Ross, says “life against love and hope before love.”

Suddenly, we came across a mysterious creature; it had strange pointy ears, big bold emerald eyes. It also had a very tall figure- nine foot five to be precise. They’re hair was all old and withered, thin, dying hair, ready to have a good comb!

Whilst I was walking by it I was absolutely petrified, I was so worried they might grab me into their own little world although it may be good to explore a whole new place. Luckily I survived but when I looked behind I no longer saw anyone I was with…

As Tim and Moby peered though the bushes they saw something so amazing that they both fell back with a thud! This fabulous creature, with fur as soft as silk, yet a ruff and matted look from a distance had eyes like sapphires that glisten in the sun. Everything was so mouth-dropping, so eye-popping, yet they had not realised they had discovered… the Guineabear. A deadly hunter, that if you get on the wrong side of you will most likely die. So what will they do, risk it or turn back?

Tim and Moby headed for the oasis, in the middle of the jungle. They where going for days  until they finally arrived, “At last Moby, we are here “exclaimed Tim. With a sudden bang a monkey came swigging in and stole Tim’s hat Moby tried to grab it but he failed and plummeted with a bang. They decided to look around for the monkey tribe.

Finally they came across the monkeys, Tim climbed up the tree and grabbed the hat off the monkey however they had now lost the oasis and had to go thorough the pain again.

My cake

I have never attempted to bake a cake before, or read the recipe, but it sounds pretty easy so here it goes...

In my cake I shall firstly add a fresh batch of succulent boiled slugs that I unearthed in my back garden.

Secondly, I will put in one...two...three...sixty teaspoons of gunpowder that I uncovered inside a random box, next I shall apply twenty maggots, this adds it's crunchy center.

Finally I will place my cake in the oven for around three days, take it out and add a dollop  of pink cow pat as my icing!

Now what do I need, I’ve got all the things I need, apart from a knife.
“Why do you need a knife “, exclaimed Marika;
“Well, I need a knife because we’re making cookies later,” said Alish.

A few days past and no-one did no cooking at all – unfortualy .However Alish never did use the knife .Marika asked.”Why haven’t we done any cooking?” Alish didn’t say anything as normal anyway.

Marika finally got to make cookies in the end after all that time waiting and waiting all that time.

James K 100wc week 30 description of a beach!

The cotton sand scorches under my frosty feet as I set up my towel.

Glistening patterns on the surreal sea shells, they bring memories of beloved moments, and then gobbled up by the mysterious ocean.

The Atlantic trickles down the sand like bitter tears. Its freezing shower spray splits my sensitive toes. Cyan waves thrash the battered pier, wafting the aroma of fried chips across my face.

Desolate deserted deck chairs buffet in the balmy breeze. The taught fabric reverberates like a drum beating the time to the oceanic orchestra.

I feel something is missing, “Now what do I need?”

I was standing at the bus station waiting, when I heard the distinct yell of my friend, Max. Hurling towards him I heard another shout but longer, “HELP MEEEEEEE!” BANG! It fell silent. I saw him laying. Laying as still as a stone, he had blood dripping on one side of his pale body and on the other side, water.

There were two people leaning over the body, one with hands like ice and one with a pen. I ran away like a torpedo gliding through the murky water thinking, who was it?…

Grabbing my hand crafted bow and arrow I stormed towards the forbidden woods, creeping behind a harmless rabbit, gradually starting to approach the innocent creature. Soon I realised the unharmed animal (to my disappointment) had mischievously escaped.

Strolling down to the glistening river I thoughtfully whispered to myself, “Now what do I need?” hoping to have something to eat.

On the dreadful day of the 18th may 1944 (D-Day) after his (Churchill’s) famous speech he woefully trudged off just managing to keep his head held high. Drearily he murmured, “now what do I need to do?”  As he spoke all the hope drained from his body slowly, slowly liked a pierced bottle. His eyes deflated. Drooping like a willow Winston Crawled back home through the propaganda filled streets dreading the days to come…

The forests are deadly! Packed with fierce, ravenous creatures. It’s near impossible to survive there for a respectable period of time, however this may help…

Now, what do I need...

Handcrafted bow-and-arrow, premium quality
Sharp axe
Courage

Surviving

In this Siberian forest, luxuries don’t exist, no warm beds or comfy sofas, but rough bark, notorious wildlife; consequently it’s vital to stay unharmed.

Aim your bow-and-arrow with accuracy and precision, once you’ve spotted your prey-fire. Making sure you’ve selected the best, position your log upright and lay a decent amount of thick fabric over to form a tent.

Good luck

“Now what do I need?” David mumbled miserably. He was the most forgetful person ever; in fact he held the world record for it!  Every day he’ll walk to his local convenience store, as soon as he steps foot inside, he’d forget everything. It gets worse and worse everyday. People often wonder what the matter is. Everybody knows his unusual catch phrase- now, what do I need?

Suddenly, the very next day, David’s unknown memory came crawling back to him. He could now remember things from years ago! Happiness filled David right to the top… his life was now complete!

Cautiously I stepped towards her. She twitched I can still save her I thought, running as fast as humanly possible. Her soft hand touched my hand, slowly I carried her to a hollow weeping willow. “Why” she whispered in a shadowy voice, “no one should face death at the age of sixteen” I spoke silently within three heart pounding days she was perfect.

He rolled rapidly down the mud smothered hill. His dirty face being penetrated by Shards of rock, all that could possibly enter his aching brain was fear; accompanied by desperation. As he craned his neck around to face the hill that he’d fallen from, he heard their wails and screeches each one like a knife through his heart.

Slowly he heaved himself up looking around to his horror it became apparent that he was in a tall towering tree high above the forest floor. Last time he was conscious he wasn’t in a forest “Now what do I need do?”

“Now what do I need?” I exclaimed as I was about to trek to the desert; I finally realised how this was about to become.

Trapped in my tent with the heat of one thousand fires; burning all over me. The dusty smell of sand suddenly filled my nose- as I stepped out and ventured into the heart of the desert. Swiftly I turned my sandy dry old body, towards the demolished sign. Slowly, the sun rose over the mound of rubble. Unbearable heat all over me “Help!” I cried in pain…

The night long and hard. The wilderness has no feelings for any one who enters its desolate land. The wind so cold and heartless it’s sole as hard as stone. The pain is unbearable; yet you know you have to go where no human has ever been before. Every little flake that hits your burning skin, seems to rip and tear the flesh of your face. Then the heavens open and it seems to turn white all the colures that were there before have diapered. Now what do I need to survive in this heartless place.

With a blink of an eye, stars filled the sky. It was peaceful and calm, until a deafening noise abrupted me; making me mortified of what to come.

I heard footsteps approaching me, closer and closer. As nearer it got, my heart danced a funny jive to a beating drum… thumping, thumping. What was it? I wondered.

“Help,” they screamed as I jumped up in shock “please help me!”
“Now what do I need?” I muttered to her, however it was too late. She sank to the ground, dripping her last tears-streaming down her face. What had just happened?

Firstly, to make a successful sausage pie you would need all these certain delicious ingredients! Amazingly, to make a sausage pie you only need to make puff pastry and sausages and carefully mix them up together, additionally, you could decide if you want to put some healthy vegetables in.

Indulging delegacy cream soft dough sending your taste buds into overload, you couldn’t command yourself to hate it. I grantee you will make it after you try my cooking.

If anyone is calm and loves there food this is a suitable superb meal and obviously be your favourite ever food.

The marvellous pink dragon noisily flew over the huge towers of the castle, its teeth were as sharp as blades and its wings spread like butter.

Everyone was scared of him because he ate Saint George who was meant to kill him but he failed consequently   people live in fear.

All the people try to come up with weapons to kill him, but they don’t work. All the villagers come together to kill him, but does it work?

All the Antickers (from the West) shoot him, and all the Nepocs (from the North) stab him. He died and they lived safely for eternity.

Elamouse!

This bizarre creature is a combination of an average mouse and an average elephant, but the result is quite less average...

By day he is either an elephant or mouse, whatever he wishes, because the sunlight effects his form as elephant or mouse. However at night, he transforms to an odd-looking, rather unusual elamouse. 55

Nocturnally he has enormous candyfloss colored ears on a colossal head which balances on a minute body and  tiny feet.

Despite his odd shell, he is really a nice guy and longs for a friend but everyone remarks "Your too strange!" even the bumble-fish.

Week 29 Jazmin A Brundall (Year 6)

As I slowly paced through the haunted woods, I felt the freezing cold wind pinch my face, sending shivers through my bony spine as the wind flew through the landscape, as I slowly strode towards the marvellous kingdom.

As the immense castle stood before me, I noisily entered the silent room making everyone stare directly at me. I glanced up at the massive screen above; furthermore realised everybody was watching my every move, as a camera recorded my every step. My rivals red blazing eyes were staring at me constantly, I gulped anxiously as I heard the horrible screeching sound of a threatening guns fire...

105 word challenge week 29 Sindy N (year 6)

The castle was surrounded by furious guards screaming, shouting "BANG!" A gun shot flew, what could I do? I was trapped, like words on a page. I had a marvelous strategy to break free, however I was locked inside-my mind. Eventually I was a free spirit racing through the forest. It was so gloomy; so much so i was blind until an innocent pink creature crept up. I ignored it, whatever it was. Why, just why? Not knowing where I'll end up, I noisily screeched but it drowned as i fell into the deepest sorrow. I had no freedom. I had nothing but hope...

Guineabear Night Shift

"You're in charge tonight," exclaimed the Night Zoo Keeper as he departed. Guinearbear looked anxiously as the clock noisily struck twelve. Suddenly a strange sound resonated from above. Guns out, laser vision on; Guineabear was ready. He spotted the first pink tail of these dastardly villains but despite his ample armoury he used his most deadly weapon: his mind! Luring them into the empty penguin castle, he pulls the plug and flushes them away. His marvellous plan worked and they flew sown the drain. The Night Zoo Keeper returns hearing nothing but the quiet sound of the Guineabear snoring away.

Nosily the cars drove past me as I stumbled down the dust dry old road. The only light source was a worn street lamp that was about to turn off. Stuck in the car park it was now pitch black and I couldn’t scout for my pink car; I thought it would be easy, but no “marvellous” I muttered to myself as I threw my hat it flew and landed on my car! My body filled with relief as I ran to my car I climbed in and now I can drive to the castle “finally” I exclaimed as I drove off in joy and happiness.

100 word challenge, Dana

I strode towards me destiny; and hers.

Before me lay a marvellous, foggy landscape; amongst the rubble, stood a slim silhouette of a Texan man with a salmon pink tie, firmly clutching a gun.
Below my feet was a stream of dust and dirt, above flew an army of jet black crows. His heart seemed to be a forbidden castle, lonely and empty, I could see it in his eyes as he glared at mine.
I knew I must do my best, not only for the sake of winning this duel, but to win her heart.

Finally he spoke.
Noisily he raised his gun…

BANG!
