Ashes article

A cricket competition has been going on in the southern hemisphere.  It started around a month ago.  England and Australia are contesting a thrilling test series called the Ashes.

The first of numerous clashes in the series was held in Brisbane at the Gabba.  Mr Dooley,outstanding teacher, quoted "I was incredibly excited when the first test started but devastated at the result."  As Mr Dooley said it was a devastating result, if you're an England fan that is.

Unfortunately, just before the warmup match for the second test, Jonathon Trott, England cricketer, was sent home because of sickness.  England's second warmup match was played in Alice Springs. Oliver Smith, scholar, quoted "It's tiring the players out. It's so Australia win.

The second masterpiece of cricket started brightly for Australia with a total score of 570-9 declared and so far England have 35-1.

To conclude England hopefully will come back and win te Ashes!
